Wonderful and professional company. Called for service and a nice lady answered the phone. She was very thorough and helpful making a short ordered appointment. The technicians sent us texts while they were en route. They did and excellent job, explained everything—five stars customer service. We will contract them for maintenance, etc. highly recommended !

Five stars all day long! The group from Winfield has serviced my doors three times in the last five years. Twice to address necessary repairs to damage, and once as a follow-up service. All three times the team has been on time and communicative about what needs to be done.

A metal pipe got lodged in the track and messed up my whole garage door yesterday morning. I called as I was going into work and they were able to come out that day and repair my garage door. They were timely, courteous and nice with full transparency of how much it would cost. I thought the cost was reasonable for the work and my garage door works perfectly again. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

From our first consultation to the final product, I could not possibly be any more pleased with WINFIELD GARAGE DOORS. Shannon was wonderful. She showed different styles, options and costs. We had to do some demolition and remodeling of the opening and she arranged a contractor to do this work. The scheduling was perfect and the guys that installed the door were meticulous. Overall I am very happy that we chose WINFIELD for this project. Thank you all for a great job.

Everyone at Winfield has been wonderful! I called on a Thursday night, and the new garage door opener was installed by 11 AM on Friday. The two technicians arrived on time and explained the various garage-door opener options thoroughly. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. Dom even programmed my car to open the door remotely! We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Winfield Garage Doors.

Called and booked an appointment for our non-working door. They were very busy; but the tech (Dom) arrived as scheduled and on time. Very professional and personable; Dom set right to work replacing the parts that needed to be replaced to get us back up running with a working door. Both springs, and new pulleys all around. Dom knew what he was doing, had a good conversation while he worked. Dom also used PPE the entire time which was impressive. Would highly recommend Winfield for any garage door related work.

I called before noon with the problem I couldn’t open the door and had an error message. Dom arrived at 2pm. Broken spring. He fixed temporarily so I could use it till the part came in. Awesome service. I bought the door from them six years ago and it is the quietest opener EVER! Six days later - the part was delivered today and the repair has been done! How is that for service? From telephone contact to completed repair, my experience has been flawless. Highly recommend Winfield Garage Doors!

Winfield Garage Doors rescued us from 'garage jail' after our garage door failed (broken spring). Everyone–office staff and field technicians– was very responsive, professional and courteous. They were transparent throughout the process...ours will be a two-step repair (parts are on their way) and they already have us up-and-running! Great experience.
